How the paid consult works

  1. The customer submits vehicle details, symptoms, concerns, and optional photos, files, or audio notes.
  2. The customer chooses a paid consult option and completes checkout.
  3. The customer receives a paid thread link by email, and by text message only if they choose optional text updates.
  4. The issue is worked through by written thread first. If needed, a phone call may be used.
  5. When completed, the thread contents and final notes form the written diagnostic review.
